Not least because of its numerous references, Novar Austria has just won over an important end client in the field of ACKERMANN with SeneCura. The two companies intend to cooperate over a period of several years. SeneCura Kliniken und Heimebetriebgesellschaft m.b.H. with headquarters located in Vienna, sets up and operates health and nursing institutions. With a total of 21 nursing homes, SeneCura is one of the largest private nursing home operators.

SeneCura: distinct design, clear building technology concept

The first presentations, which convinced the company about clino phon 21 innovative technology, took place at SeneCura in autumn 2003. A decision was therefore taken to change the product for the social centre project in Vorarlberg to the ACKERMANN nurse call systems and ESSER fire alarm system. This first order laid the foundations for more orders. As a result of Novar Austria's perfect completion of the project and its initial start-up as well as the correspondent support lent by the partner firm responsible for its implementation, SeneCura also subsequently opted for the products of ACKERMANN clino phon 21 and ESSER BMZ 8000. They were defined as the standard for all coming SeneCura building projects.

In the meantime, five houses belonging to SeneCura, equalling a total of over 250 nursing places, have been equipped with ACKERMANN products. Six other institutions with over 350 nursing places are currently going through the planning stage. They are set to be completed in 2007. In the meantime, both firms have agreed on maintenance contracts for both the light call and fire alarm systems.

In order to avoid interface problems when completing individual projects and to pool experience, Novar Austria established a "Team SeneCura", which guarantees uniform completion of all projects with the end client and the installation companies who are responsible for implementation. The first case of success which resulted from cooperation was a concept for the protection of nursing home residents which is to be implemented using Novar equipment. The social centre in Grafenwörth is a showpiece for this particular field in Austria.
