VARIODYN D1 is positively tested according to ÖNORM F 3012!

The voice alarm system VARIODYN D1 by Honeywell Life Safety Austria passed the ÖNORM F 3012 very positively by the inspection authority “Prüfstelle für Brandschutztechnik”.

The inspection authority paid special attention to the interaction of fire alarm systems, voice alarm systems and the fire brigade call station FCS. Honeywell Life Safety Austria passed all complex challenges withy flying colors.

This means that Honeywell Life Safety Austria is the first company in Austria with a product according to ÖNORM F 3012 certification.

The ÖNORM F 3012 manages the uniform minimum standards for all individual parts of a voice alarm system as well as the voice alarm system as a whole. This includes the requirements of all combinations of a voice alarm system which are adapted to inform people, guide a crowd of people and shorten evacuation periods through acoustic messages in a designated area.
